Return and Refund Policy

At Lumine Wear, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • All tags, manuals or accessories must be included

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please email our support team at support@luminewear.co.uk with your order number and reason for the request.

We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours. Please do not return your item before receiving our return instructions by email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
